Teachers Training Programs

Teachers’ training programs are indeed efficient, swift, and accurate assessment tools for a smart school future. To raise awareness about the ineffectiveness of one-way teaching and the anticipated problems that might ensue as a result of it, academic subject-specific training is organized by grade level for the teachers with the motive of developing innovative teaching practices and approaches to creative learning and teaching. The program also provided important information and knowledge about student-friendly teaching as it is recounted to have been constructive in stimulating students’ confidence, creativity, and self-reliance. This program was held in two peripheral areas at Sakhu and Rukum.
